Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content operations strategies and processes
• Create and execute Feed and Live content campaigns
• Collaborate with product teams to support product development and improvement
• Manage Live schedules, budgets, and resources
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Binance's scheduled Live events

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content operations, or a similar role, in media or technology companies
• Stong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is a must
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills are necessary
• Fluency in Chinese or additional languages is a plus
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual contributor who is able to work independently and collaborate with remote global team members
